It is best to email or call Me to check on My availability. To ensure you get the appointment you want, phone and book in advance. I accept bookings with at least one day's notice for weekday appointments and at least two day's notice for weekend appointments. Generally I find appointments in the early part of the afternoon are the first to be booked as well as those on Sunday's. I do not accept same day bookings unless I have seen you before and there is an opening that day.

When available, I take calls personally after 11am. I DO NOT respond to text messages or answer calls that have withheld numbers but will reply to all polite voicemail messages and emails.

Once you have made your appointment you will be required to confirm your booking by a specified time that I choose. If you do not confirm by the given time, I will consider your appointment cancelled.

If you can not make your appointment you must tell Me as early as possible. Preparation and arrangements begin long before you arrive and I become very displeased if I must cancel or change them because you did not call or do not give Me advance warning that you can not attend.

Time wasters are not tolerated in any manner. If you do not show up for an appointment or do not call at the conformation time, I will consider you unworthy of My attention and you will be ignored. If you find yourself in this position through your own incompetence or that of others, your only chance of reversal would be to present Me with a substantial gift of My choosing accompanied with much groveling.
